Santosha Yoga Studio (map)

In this class we will explore the Buddhist teachings on the four facets of heart - lovingkindness, sympathetic joy, compassion and equanimity.

Emphasis will be on practice with our time together including reflection, instruction, sitting 'n walking meditation and chanting.

Cushions & mats provided - no chairs available, participants welcome to bring your own. 

$40 suggested donation to SIMS for the 8 class series, plus teacher dana (donation/generosity).   Everyone welcome regardless of ability to offer a donation.

 Please consider the following suggested event donation plus Dana for the teacher. Please contribute teacher Dana at the event. Please use your best efforts to pay the suggested donation or another heartfelt amount. All are welcome regardless of ability to pay.
